Group and Team Coaching
Group coaching involves a group of individuals who may not know one another very well but share a common goal. Although the group provides support, the emphasis is on the personal development of the individual within the group.
Team coaching focuses on empowering teams to improve their ability to work effectively as a team by maximizing the team’s collective talents and full potential, their passion and purpose, to increase overall performance and achieve the team’s shared goals. The emphasis is on the team working as one.
Workshops
Workshops are interactive and participative meetings. As the facilitator, I will guide participants, step-by-step, through a series of hands-on activities around an agreed topic. I will create a space where participants feel comfortable discussing, collaborating, brainstorming, facing challenges, implementing insights, making decisions, and devising a solution for moving forward.
